Reader's Choice: Richard's Sub World and Deli Takes Top Honors For Best Deli In Town
Diesel's Subs and Wraps comes in second
The votes are in. Berkeley Patch readers selected Richard's Sub World and Deli on Route 9 North in Bayville as their favorite deli in and around town.
Richard's received 106 votes, or 43 percent, of the 242 votes cast in the poll.
Diesel's Subs and Wraps, on Route 9 South in Bayville, won second place with 62 votes, or 25 percent.
The Bayville ShopRite's delicatessen came in third, with 24 votes, or 9 percent.

This is a tough one. Luigi's is good and good prices. Diesel's is fantastic but a lil on the pricey side. Haven't been to Richard's in many years but I remember my husband always liked the pork roll subs. IMO all three are great!

Ebbys is the best by far .....but of course SSP doesnt count for Berkeley , except when when robbing the homeowners of their property taxes
