Three Beachwood Men Arrested On Numerous Drug Charges
Police and Ocean County Prosecutor's Office detectives obtained a search warrant for a Ship Avenue home
Law enforcement officials found a cache of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia when they arrested three men - including a father and son - at a Beachwood home recently.
Beachwood police officers and members of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office's Special Operation Group obtained a search warrant for the residence at 653 Ship Avenue on Jan. 26, said Capt. Jack Sramaty of the Special Operations Group.
Police seized thirty grams of cocaine, three pounds of marijuana, three grams of heroin and roughly $3,000 in cash. Police also seized drug paraphernalia associated with the distribution of controlled dangerous substances, including a digital scale and packaging materials, Sramaty said.
All three men arrested lived at 653 Ship Avenue.
Arrested were:
Frank Caruso, 26, and Robert Schnering III, 26. Both men were charged with possession of cocaine over one half ounce with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana over fifty grams, possession of marijuana (3 pounds) with intent to distribute, possession of heroin under one half ounce, possession of heroin under one half ounce with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ocean County Superior Court Judge Francis R. Hodgson set their bails at $150,000, with no ten percent option, Sramaty said.
Robert Schnering Jr., 59, was also charged with possession of cocaine over one half ounce with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana over fifty grams, possession of marijuana (3 pounds) with intent to distribute, possession of heroin under one half ounce, possession of heroin under one half ounce with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance, Sramaty said.
Members of the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team, the Beachwood Police Department and the Ocean County Sheriffs Department K-9 Unit, participated in the investigation and the execution of the search warrant, he said.

All you have to do is stop the flow from Mexico. But you can't! If we checked all of the non legals that cross over the boarder, we would not have a drug problem. Of course just for saying this, I'm prejudice against their culture. Everyone is tired of this bull, and it will end badly soon because our rights are not being heard.
