Bayville Man Deserves 'Severe Sentence' For Child Pornography Offenses, U.S. Attorney Says

Dwayne Tucker gets 22 years for production and distribution of child pornography

A Bayville man will be spending the next 22 years in jail, after a federal court judge sentenced him on numerous child pornography charges in Trenton on Friday.

Dwayne Tucker, 26, pleaded guilty earlier this year to one count of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. He admitted to possession of more than 600 images of child pornography on his computer and accessories, which were seized from his Bayville home in December 2010.

Tucker took pornographic pictures of two children, ages 6 and 3, in Pennsylvania, and distributed the photos to others between 2008 and 2010, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman said.

“The severe sentence imposed on this defendant is commensurate with the harm he caused his victims,” Fishman said. “As this case shows once again, so-called ‘child pornography’ is the recorded sexual assault of a child. The producers of this material are dangerous and must be treated accordingly by the judicial system.”

Tucker was sentenced Friday by U.S. District Court Joel A. Pisano, the same judge who took his guilty plea. Pisano also sentenced Tucker to lifetime supervised release.

“This sentence should serve as a warning to those who seek to victimize and rob young children of their innocence,” said Andrew McLees, special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Newark. “HSI will maintain its unrelenting commitment to protecting our children by bringing child predators to justice, a fact evidenced by the significant sentence which Tucker received.”

Tucker admitted that the images of child pornography he possessed depicted minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct with other minors and adults, including material portraying sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence, authorities said.

He was previously charged  with possession of child pornography in December 2010, and by indicted in February 2012 for distribution and possession of child pornography. He has been in custody since his arrest in December 2010.

Fishman credited special agents U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), under McLees' direction, with the investigation leading to today’s sentence.

Instead, he will be coddled in the Avenel Treatment Center because something bad will happen to him if he were housed with "normal" prisoners! That nonsense cost more

I agree. Even though you'll all hate that I wonder what happened to this sick bastard in his childhood.
